Si no estás de acuerdo con alguna parte de los términos, no puedes acceder a los Servicios. By accessing or using BytSer services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Services.

2. Descripción del servicio2. Description of service

BytSer proporciona software ERP local-first, servicios de sincronización en la nube, plugins a medida y soporte técnico. Las características específicas disponibles dependen del plan o contrato empresarial acordado. BytSer provides local-first ERP software, cloud synchronization services, custom plugins and technical support. The specific features available depend on the agreed plan or enterprise contract.

3. Cuentas de usuario3. User accounts

Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tus credenciales de acceso y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo tu cuenta. Debes notificarnos inmediatamente sobre cualquier uso no autorizado de tu cuenta. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Propiedad intelectual4. Intellectual property

El software, diseños, logotipos y contenido de BytSer son propiedad de BytSer o sus licenciantes y están protegidos por leyes de propiedad intelectual aplicables. El uso de los Servicios no te otorga ningún derecho de propiedad sobre los mismos. BytSer software, designs, logos and content are the property of BytSer or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Use of the Services does not grant you any ownership rights in them.

Bajo el modelo local-first de BytSer, los datos operativos se almacenan en tu infraestructura. Mantienes la propiedad total de tus datos en todo momento. BytSer accede a los datos únicamente en la medida necesaria para prestar los Servicios acordados. Under BytSer's local-first model, operational data is stored in your infrastructure. You retain full ownership of your data at all times. BytSer accesses data only to the extent necessary to provide the agreed Services.

6. Limitación de responsabilidad6. Limitation of liability

En la máxima medida permitida por la ley aplicable, BytSer no será responsable por daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes que surjan del uso o la imposibilidad de usar los Servicios. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BytSer shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

7. Modificaciones7. Modifications

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos términos en cualquier momento. Los cambios materiales se notificarán con al menos 30 días de anticipación por correo electrónico.
